All the software we sell is original - whether download versions or box packs.

All the hardware we also sell on our webstore is as authorised dealers only. We do not sell any open box or used products or any returned goods either.
However, before any outstation dispatch, we do open the box-packs to ensure that all contents are intact.
For all hardware products, authorised service centres of the manufacturer and distributors are located in different cities of India.
We will assist you in getting your product serviced / repaired, whether in warranty or not.
Either to our Mumbai office, or send it directly to the brand's authorised service centre for faster turnaround.
We will send you the nearest service centre address to have your hardware product checked only after an initial support over phone by a service engineer.
For hardware it is usually 1 year standard warranty. Some offer 2 or 3 or even 10 years! The manufacturer warranty period is mentioned on every product page. There is no extra payment to be made for it.
We pack your ordered products with utmost care. We use Delhivery, DTDC and Blue Dart. A heavy (or big sized) product is always sent by road. Small boxes are sent by air.
An in-transit insurance option is given to you at the time of checkout. This is strongly recommended for high value items.
For Mumbai clients, we have some products for demo.
For original software, we are the cheapest in the world!
