Born in 1979, this young vocalist shows promising talent. She has been trained in classical vocal music by Shri Krishnakant Parikh and Shri Niraj Parikh, who have themselves been trained by Pt. Jasraj of Mewati Gharana. At present, Shraddha is taking training under Pt. Ajay Pohankar and Shri Purshottam Upadhyay at Mumbai.

At this young age, she already has won several awards. Shradhha stood first in Gujarat in the Pt. Omkarnath Thakur competition at Surat in 1995. She also won the first prize at the 4th National Yuva Utsav in classical vocal at Bhavnagar ; Inter-university national yuva utsav at Mumbai ; a gold medal at Chandigarh's inter university youth festival ; Pankaj Udhas Trophy at a Ghazal competition at Ahmedabad in 1998.

Shraddha also stood first in the show "Surili Sargam" telecast on Doordarshan (Gujarati). Besides she also participated in the Gujarati version of the famous Zee TV serial SaReGaMa.

Shraddha aims to become a full-time musician as she is completing her M.Com this year. She wants to be known as a light classical singer and wants the young generation today (her own peer group) to take interest in Indian music.
