Now that iZotope is part of Native Instruments, we\u2019re taking steps to reduce the number of logins across our websites, accounts, and product installation tools.<\/p>\n<p>To streamline the customer login experience, we\u2019re in the process of moving all iZotope customers to&nbsp;<strong>Native ID<\/strong>. This change will be especially helpful for those of you who have products from both brands \u2013 there will be fewer logins for you to deal with and better support for your password managers.<\/p>\n<p>This consolidation of login credentials to Native ID&nbsp;<strong>only affects how you\u2019ll sign in<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>to your account<\/strong>, not the contents of your account. You\u2019ll always have access to your iZotope account information and history.<\/p>\n<p>In recent months, we\u2019ve offered the option for customers to voluntarily move their login to a Native ID. The next step for us is to&nbsp;<strong>auto-migrate all remaining iZotope customers to Native ID automatically<\/strong>. No user action is required on your part, but we want you to be aware that this change is rolling out to all our customers in September \/ October 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The change will be virtually invisible to you, but we\u2019ll send an email to let you know when your credentials have been officially migrated. You will also notice our login screens changing to reference Native ID.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, this change will pave the way for helpful future improvements, like a better presentation of your loyalty offers on the iZotope website, and the ability to use Native Access for managing your iZotope and Native Instruments products all in one place. Stay tuned for more updates on this!<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3 id=\"h_01K60C9X3E3KXK9Z4AVVFD1CEZ\">FAQ<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Is my iZotope account information going away?&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/strong>No. We\u2019re only changing the way you sign in \u2013 everything else about your account, like product history and loyalty deals, is staying the same. Instead of your former iZotope account login, you\u2019ll use your new Native ID to sign into iZotope.com and Product Portal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What if I already have a Native ID and want to migrate now?<br \/>\n<\/strong>If you choose to migrate ASAP, you may click&nbsp;<em>Sign in with an existing Native ID<\/em>&nbsp;during login, and you will link your iZotope account to your existing Native ID account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is it required that I switch to a Native ID?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Yes, once we complete the automated migration, all iZotope customers will use Native ID as their login. However, this change will be virtually invisible to you \u2013 you will still use the same username and password as before, it will just be called Native ID.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is my personal data now shared across all companies under the Native Instruments group?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Some of your personal data may be shared within the Native Instruments group as reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your personal data and privacy are very important to us. Please refer to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.izotope.com\/en\/privacy-policy.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">our privacy policy<\/a>&nbsp;for more information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Will how I authorize my iZotope products change?<br \/>\n<\/strong>After unification, you will still be able to use Product Portal, iLok, and iZotope product serial numbers in-product to activate your iZotope products.<\/p>\n<p>One exciting future outcome of our work to unify across NI and iZotope is that you will soon be able to use Native Access to install and activate your iZotope products, right alongside any NI products you may own. Stay tuned for more details on when these changes will roll out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When the migration is complete, what email and password do I use to log in?<br \/>\n<\/strong>After our automated migration, everyone will use Native ID to log in to both iZotope.com and native-instruments.com.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 If you were a customer who already had&nbsp;<strong>both an iZotope login and a Native ID<\/strong>&nbsp;using the same email, we will be merging them. You\u2019ll then be able to use your Native ID password to log in. (If you&#8217;ve forgotten your Native ID password, you will be able to reset it.)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 If you&nbsp;<strong>only had an iZotope login<\/strong>, that login will be transitioned to a Native ID. You will be able to log in with your existing iZotope email and password.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 If you have multiple accounts and need assistance with merging, our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.izotope.com\/hc\/en-us\/\"><span class=\"wysiwyg-underline\">Customer Care<\/span><\/a>&nbsp;team can assist you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do I sign in to Product Portal after switching to Native ID?&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/strong>If you have already voluntarily migrated your account to Native ID, click the blue \u2018Take me to Native ID login\u2019 at the bottom of the Product Portal sign-in window (you may have to scroll down), then use your new Native ID to sign in as you regularly would.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Up until now, you\u2019ve used an&nbsp;iZotope username and password&nbsp;to sign into your iZotope account.
