If you have purchased a Serato DJ Pro or Expansion pack products from SudeepAudio.com<\/a>, you would have received a “voucher code<\/strong>” on email from us. Follow the steps given below to activate the product.<\/p>\n

Redeeming Serato DJ Pro or expansion packs with a “voucher code”:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Visit https:\/\/account.serato.com\/#\/products<\/a> and either sign-in to your existing account, or create a new account<\/a>, then click the link above again, after signing in successfully.
    \nNOTE<\/strong>: If you already own a Serato.com account with existing products, it\u2019s a good idea to use the same account so as not to split your products across multiple accounts.<\/li>\n
  2. Enter your voucher code into the ADD A NEW PRODUCT LICENSE <\/strong>field, then click Add
    \n<\/strong>NOTE<\/strong>: You must include the dashes in your product license code for it to be accepted
    \n<\/strong>\"Add_a_new_product_license__1_.png\"NOTE<\/strong>: You can only redeem a voucher code against a single Serato.com account, and once redeemed against that account, it\u2019s not necessary to add it again. Trying to redeem a voucher code for a second time will result in an INVALID VOUCHER CODE<\/em> error message.<\/li>\n
  3. You\u2019re now ready to complete the activation process, following the steps given below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Activation steps for Serato DJ Pro or expansion packs AFTER<\/span> above steps are completed:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    1. Open<\/strong> Serato DJ Pro. If you haven’t yet installed it, please find the latest version via Serato DJ Pro downloads<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Click on the My Account<\/strong> drop-down near the top right of the Serato DJ Pro interface, then click Login<\/strong>:

    3. Once you\u2019re redirected to Serato.com, use your Serato.com account details to finish the login process – then click Sign in<\/strong>. If you\u2019re already signed in to Serato.com, you\u2019ll be prompted to confirm the currently signed-in user is correct – to which you can click Continue<\/strong>, or Change user<\/strong> to change to a different Serato.com account.
      \nOnce sign-in in your browser is complete, confirm the dialog box that appears in your browser window, that Serato DJ Pro is authorized to use these login credentials.
      \nNOTE<\/strong>: On some web browsers the dialog box to allow access to your account, and return you to Serato DJ Pro, may differ from what is pictured

    4. Back in the Serato DJ Pro app, note the License Active<\/strong> pop-up in the bottom right-hand corner of the application, to confirm activation has been successful, and click OK<\/strong> to dismiss the notification
