Well&#8230; a Philosophy!<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b><i> SUDEEP<\/i><\/b>\u00a0is neither a name of a person in our organisation, nor in the family of the founders!<br \/>\nThen what does &#8220;Sudeep&#8221; stand for?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">&#8220;<i>Deep<\/i>&#8221; is a Hindi word for\u00a0<i>Light<\/i>. &#8220;<i>Su<\/i>&#8221; means pure. Thus, &#8220;Sudeep&#8221; essentially means\u00a0<b>PURE LIGHT<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>When our parent company &#8211; <strong>Sudeep Studio<\/strong> &#8211; was setup by Mr. Nikhil Mehta at his house in Sir Lallubhai Park Road, Andheri West, Mumbai, India on September 23, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>1977<\/strong><\/span>, his prime reason to do so was to help talented musicians get their careers rolling. This name &#8220;<i>Sudeep<\/i>&#8221; occurred to him as he wanted the next generation to carry on with the torch of <em>Pure Light<\/em>&#8230; in the field of music. In the 1970s, the culture was to keep Indian names for companies unlike the current trend of short mobile app names nowadays.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>In 1999<\/strong>, when a website idea was conceived, the name was retained in the new entity in order\u00a0to live upto this vision &#8211; &#8220;<i><strong>To always be a musician&#8217;s true friend.<\/strong>&#8221;\u00a0<\/i>And then India&#8217;s <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">first pro audio online store<\/span> was launched on Sep 23, 2003 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sudeepaudio.com\">www.sudeepaudio.com<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">From the year<\/span><strong> 2010<\/strong><\/span>, our new brand identity has become\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>SA<\/strong><\/span>.<br \/>\nSA is the first \/ root note in music (called &#8220;Do&#8221; or &#8220;C&#8221; in Western music). Our products and services, now carry the SA in their names. Some of these are:<br \/>\n#<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/SudeepAudio\">converSAtions<\/a> = India&#8217;s only YouTube channel dedicated to music producers and sound engineers<br \/>\n#<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sudeepaudio.com\/saundcheck\/\">SAundcheck<\/a> = a pro-audio blog with multiple authors, engineers and musicians contributing useful and interesting articles.<\/p>\n<p>In <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>2017<\/strong><\/span>, we launched <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">the world&#8217;s first online gaming website<\/span> <em>(desktop and mobile friendly)<\/em> for the pro-audio industry:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.proaudiogames.com\"><strong>www.proaudiogames.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>#<a href=\"http:\/\/www.proaudiogames.com\/quesations\/\">queSAtions<\/a> = a daily quiz game t0 test your knowledge everyday<br \/>\n#<a href=\"http:\/\/www.proaudiogames.com\/glossary-hangman\/\">glosSAry<\/a> = hangman game of pro audio terms<br \/>\n#<a href=\"http:\/\/www.proaudiogames.com\/jigsaw-puzzle\">jigSAw<\/a> = picture puzzle game of pro audio gear<br \/>\n#<a href=\"http:\/\/www.proaudiogames.com\/passage\/\">pasSAge<\/a> = maze game to connect two related musical images<br \/>\n#<a href=\"http:\/\/www.proaudiogames.com\/sarch\/\">SArch<\/a> = word search game for exploring artiste names, tech terms, etc.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">We don&#8217;t have any fancy corporate mission statements.
