After using CCAvenue as our payment gateway since 2003, we now have switched to a modern and efficient payment gateway – Razorpay – since July 2020.

As clearly stated in our Returns Policy, goods once sold cannot be returned under any circumstances. The physical goods can only be exchanged (only when the product has some manufacturing defect upon arrival).
