Here is the suggested method to follow for troubleshooting such a situation, only if you are facing it:

1. download the installer from the link you have received after purchase
2. now, temporarily keep your anti-virus deactivated on your PC.
3. complete the installation and activation process of the purchased software
4. do not check any emails or visit any other website(s) till this installation and activation is completed
5. re-start / resume the anti-virus software on your PC immediately. check it again.
6. only then begin using the PC normally.
