   The Celemony support providers speak English and German and generally provide help very swiftly. Of course, we have weekends too, so we would ask you to understand that you’ll likely get answers fastest on weekdays.

In this case, however, we need you to tell us not only your Melodyne edition, version and serial number but also which operating system and DAW you are using, as well as their respective version numbers (e.g. “macOS Mojave 10.14.5; Apple Logic 10.4.5”).
