Once you receive a NUGEN Audio serial from SudeepAudio.com, register it here
To update your existing installed Nugen product, (e.g. 1.1 to 1.2), you can download and install the latest version from the ‘My Products’ section of your account area.
If you encounter a problem which cannot be solved via FAQs, please email: support@nugenaudio.com
In your email, please include the specific plug-in name, your DAW/version, operating system/version and a detailed description of how to reproduce the problem. Attaching an error screenshot will help the Nugen Audio support team resolve it faster for you.
In order to completely remove NUGEN plug-ins from a Mac, you need to drag all plug-in files into the trash.
These are found in the following locations:
/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/(Plug-In Name).aaxplugin
/Library/Application Support/Digidesign/Plug-Ins/(Plug-In Name).dpm
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/(Plug-In Name).vst
